Course Description

This course contains the processes in a natural gas processing plant to provide products in the form of pipeline gas or liquefied natural gas (LNG). The learning method is in the form of offline/online lectures and case studies using natural gas raw materials taken from one of the gas plants in Indonesia. In its implementation, Unisim software is also used to be applied to several processes discussed in the lecture.

Course Learning Outcomes

  • Design natural gas refineries for piped gas, pressurized natural gas, or LNG based on fluid composition from the reservoir surface.
